Nordvik Library

A library for a growing town, with a facade that filters daylight like the canopy of a forest.

The facade is made of precast panels set at different depths. In the morning the reading rooms are lit softly from the east; by afternoon the deep reveals cut out the glare, so nobody needs blinds.
